Hello nannies:

Just to feedback- your performance lately has been rather disappointing, your collections have not been up to your unique sense of style, and you hardly keep your promises about releasing your collections on time. Especially for the recent collections.

Please do something about this, else you will lose your customers' support in time to come.

Hi babes, we apologise for the lack of updates and not timely release of collections. Both of us have been very bz with sch and work and thus had to postpone the collections many times. Also, our comp has been very cranky these few months and many occassions those photos we edited for the collections didnt get saved n we had to start from scratch. We are trying our very best to release the collections on time from now onwards. In addition, we have been trying very hard to source for unique clothings for our customers and we are quite sad to hear that you mentioned that our collections have not been up to our unique sense of style. Please do feedback to us on what you gals would like to see more. We will be going on a sourcing trip soon and would like to know what you gals would like us to get.
Lastly, we really appreciate your feedback and will try our best to serve all our customers better. Do continue to support us! :)
